#SenatorSexToy: Celebrities React To Nigerian Senator Assaulting A Woman

Banky W and other celebrities has reacted to video of a Nigerian Senator, Elisha Abbo slapping and beating up a woman at an intimacy gadget shop.

In a lengthy post he made on his official Instagram page, he hammered on Nigerians knowing who they elect as leaders.

I've been saying that we need to pay attention to who we let into our National Assembly. Now we have CCTV footage of a SITTING SENATOR physically assaulting a woman in an adult toy store in Abuja, IN THE PRESENCE OF A POLICE OFFICER. Her only "crime" was saying "Oga take it easy" when he got aggressive with her female store owner friend. For that, he slapped her multiple times, and then made his policemen arrest her. This is an absolute disgrace. Pls repost and share until our Police force agree to #ArrestSenatorElishaAbbo - he must face the full wrath of the law.
This is what happens when we don't pay attention to the people we let into our leadership roles.
This is what happens when we have a culture that subconsciously treats our women as second class citizens.
We have a lot to unlearn as a country.. about how we select/allow leaders AND about the way we treat our women. We must do better. We must be better.

However Nigerian Senator under the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Elisha Abbo from Adamawa State is currently embroiled in a hot case of assault after a video surfaced of him descending on the woman after she pleaded with him not to physically assault the shop owner whom the senator had accused of insulting him. He said the shop owner called him a drunk.

Under s 75 CC she can decide to withdraw the matter even in court.

Assuming this senator apologises, takes her to the hispital etc and she feels satisfied. She can approach the court for withdrawal.

If there were no CCTV cameras in that store, some of you will tell us how the story doesn't add up. There is more to that story. Let her say the truth, what did she say to him?
