Danwakae:
Are you talking about the abandoned ports huh.....Your Blood taste tribalism...they are all federal ports, operates by the fed govt. and not regional or states...Lagos State govt. has even withdraw from the apapa gridlock and u are here with unpleasant tribal smell irritating right thinking Nigerians.
Try to read his post again sir. Didn't see where he mentioned the involvement of government,he only pin point the security issues as regarding using other water ways.Has nothing to do with been tribalistic sir.
The question is why has our fellow brothers in the east refused to make use of those channels considering it will lower their expenses but they chose security over expenses. Reason why it is abandoned sir.

You are wrong!

The didn't even get my point, those ports was not abandoned becuase of insecurity, that of warri was abandoned after the coup, the military abandoned them...a question for u is that how do they move crude out of the Niger Delta ??.....if that is not enough, if insecurity is the problem why didn't they upgrade the Ondo seaport to save the north from going to Lagos stress ??,....Fed. govt. is presently looking at all the abandoned seaports across the country with not issue raise on security challenge but for tribal people like u....

So sad. They are in their thousands and not a single one of them is a staff of NPA! The only few NPA positions available are all occupied by northerners.
These ones are just contract workers, labourers.
