Police officers in Trang Southern Thailand, has on Monday 1st of July 2019 arrested a man of 71 years old identified as Yap Chaiphak who has raped his neighbor (an aged woman) of 89 years identified as Mia, where he admitted being guilty of the crime and was arrested.
