This is a valid counter-argument to the feminist position. Maybe the reason why there aren't as many women as men occupying positions of power is because many women aren't interested. A better way to put it would be that maybe women consider other things as having more value than occupying a position of power. Maybe many women tend to regard family or their relationships or other meaningful pursuits as having a higher value than leading a large company or being the president or overseeing large scale institutions and maybe this view tends to trickle down to instances when they have an opportunity to occupy an even smaller position like HOH.

I don't think so, maybe they also felt that they wouldn't win, that one join, because they knew that men would vote for a man and some women will also vote for a guy
