Your legal rights on your maiden name or marital name, remains the same........... The onus is still yours to change or not, if i be you.... Change i shall not be bothered with.....

I used hubby's income only.‎
His 6 months bank statements (last one within 28 days)
His 6 months pay slips stamped and signed by HR as they are internet print outs(last one within 28 days)
His Letter of Employment
Letter from Employer (within 28 days) confirming date of employment, salary and authenticity of pay slips

Accommodation 
Mortgage Statement‎
Bank statement showing mortgage direct debits‎

Hubby's passport was returned within a week.‎

Just a quick question....

I'm renewing my spouse Visa FLR(M) this week and would be using the priority/premium service (To avoid go slow)...
Please my questions are;
1. Do I need to make photocopies of my documents before taking it to the UKVCAS centre?
2. How long does it take to get an acknowledgment letter since we submitting the application online through a solicitor? As i need to send the acnnowlegdment letter to my employers ASAP......

1. No you don't need to take photocopies.

2. I don't think you will get an acknowledgement letter cos you using the 24 hours priority service. You will get approval email / letter within 2 days.

Your company no get chills ni? If not, proof of appointment and/or payment ideally should be fine.

Why you dey waste kishi on solicitor na?

As I did not write the English Language tests. Is it compulsory? Are there routes to exemption I might have used then? Please help me out.

By the way, I had my first degree in Nigeria, and my MSc in Aberdeen. I look forward to clarification.

Hi my people,
I finally submitted my application for extension (FLR) M yesterday 2/7/19. using the priority service wey finish my pocket money..
So my appointment is on the 12th of July (Next week Friday)....

What should I expect at the UKVCAS centre when i get there?
Is there a particular order to put the documents when handing it over for them to scan. (please those with experience instruct ur boy)

You must have submitted your MSc certificate as part of your supporting documents in 2016. It's a requirement and many people get refused because of it.

So Friday 12/07/2019 was my appointment.... at 12:00hr
Left the centre at 13:00 hr
This morning I received and email saying application was successful and thanks for using priority

I'm so excited!!! Thank you everyone
