You will be paying for sending the passport to the embassy from VFS. This is not optional.
You can pay into their stanbic bank account and go with the teller(anyone can go drop it off). Payment is per person.

Optional payment are :
Paying for a return UPS(they only accept UPS) self addressed envelop from VFS to your address for passport return to you. However note that for this , just like above, you will send a prepaid envelop per person, regardless if they are family or couple.

You can also send the bank teller, passports, passport request letter. and self addressed prepaid envelope to them via any courier

For IMM5713 form, fill online and print out for signing, each family member (adult) should sign the form, scan and upload.
Like someone said, you may want to do electronic signing but I did manual signing and visa was issued. Even handisgned family form

Its actually a Sterling bank.

They either pay (13,860)and send the passports, self addressed enveloped for return of passports to their house(UPS) or take it there through a third party or themselves and ay cash there.
