The time has come for people to start thinking more of others, and less of themselves .
Depression happens when one is too self absorbed .
When you find yourself always thinking about yourself, your achievements compared to others, your looks, your status and the likes, you're on your way to falling into depression .
However, if you have empathy toward others, those who are less fortunate than you, and you're always thinking of ways to help them be happy, there'll be no room for depression .

You'll never realise how strong you are until being strong is the only option you have left.
Stop urging depressed people to go on with their suicidal thoughts cos you may never know their pains and fears, demons and monsters.
Everyone has a breaking point bt different things break us.
Always keep hope alive.
