Now, I know of someone that invested about 2 million naira as at 2015/2016 for studies (half payment of tuition fees) in Canada and within 2 years he got his Permanent Residency at least because he met the right click that guided him (no be arrangy marriage oo).

Op if you are single, that money is enough for proof of funds for Canada Express entry. Read through the Canada Express entry thread, you just need at least a year of experience in relevant occupation, language test(IELTS) and education to be qualified. Read through the thread and try to understand what I am telling you. You can do it yourself, you don’t need agent and the 4m still belongs to you, you just need to show the Canadian government you can take care of yourself before getting a job before they can issue you a permanent resident visa.

There after he will be visiting areas where the get spare parts ...loading them in 40 fit....he already has his people ready to buy at ladipo. One good thing about there is that you will see Nigerians doing legit business to mingle with and they will show you the way. Canada is the best because you have easy opportunity for permanent residency permit, Australia come second then Germany. Germany is easy to enter because of free tuition but very complicated to get resident permit to settle in it and also learning a new language that you are not conversant with before. I am living in Germany for a while now. With 4m one can easily enter germany on student visa but you have to learn german to survive well.

This is the best advice for you, any country you go to; it Will take you minimum of 5-7 years to stand straight that is if you are lucky. you must be ready to go back to school. that 4m can take you to USA or Canada. but you have a better chance in Canada than here in USA because of the way American is right now. you cannot get paper to stay. Canada is a little bit okay for now. Do not trust anyone with your money many of them are scammer. Best of lucky.

The 4m naira is just about 11k dollars. That is
small change in Western countries. Why not invest the money here and over time it grows. You can then afford to travel to Canada, Dubai or anywhere else for leisure, rather than to be just menial worker or even a criminal with all the risks involved. Someone told me that on his first trip abroad to London he saw a security guard in front of a shop and upon a closer look he discovered he was a lecturer he knew at a nigerian university, who left his job to seek so- called greener pastures abroad like OP is planning!

Did he try to engage the security man? I could bet you that, though he might not have the job of his dreams and there might be job unfulfillment, he would be better placed financially than his colleagues still lecturing in Nigeria.
And there is also the comfort of a society that works to a great extent and the better opportunities for his children if they grow up and get education there.
I know a consultant orthopaedic surgeon, who migrated to the US with his family after he won the visa lottery, gave birth to his last two boys there and though he didn't get into medical practice in the US because of the hassles with medical licensure, he admits that over the years his life is better and he has not shown any form of regret so far leaving Nigeria.
Now think about how egoistic doctors can be and this man got to become a consultant surgeon in Nigeria and yet not practicing medicine in the US and possibly defaulting to some menial unprofessional job has not made him depressed. What does that say? Leaving Nigeria and more especially the Nigeria we have now could never be a regret.
Just plan well and take the right path and you'll be fine.
