Super Eagles duo of Kenneth Omeruo and Chidozie Awaziem were picked after the Nigeria-Cameroon match on Saturday for a random dope test.

Super Eagles defender, Kenneth Omeruo
Both players who did not return to their hotel in Alexandria with other players were selected for the dope test as is the usual practice after such matches.

On their return from the dope centre, a few reporters met them at the entrance of their hotel as they alighted from the vehicle which brought them with the Super Eagles medical team.

Asked who he prefers to meet in the quarter final between Egypt and South Africa, while the encounter between the two teams was still going on, Omeruo just shrugged it with a smile as he sauntered into the hotel.

The shame that it will bring to your family will not even let you try it.

Common to loose clear chance sef, e go be like sey you kill person. Nigerians no go let you rest. Aiyegbeni for example.

Ighalo still dey probation, Nigerians never make up their mind wether to forgive am or not.

They tested the wrong guys, they should have tested aina. The guy was erratic throughout the game unlike his wonderful performance during the group stages. I suspect he was under the influence of something during that game

Sigh.. Adeboye is 77, has a PhD in Applied maths, ordained since 1975, hes been married for 52 years, his ideas worked for him... You couldn't even keep a marriage for 3 years and you aren't 30 yet, and the story was out here. Sit this one out

They didn't take it on purpose, maybe it was inside a something they consume.am sure.we don't do drugs in our Nigeria team

But they didn't tell us if the drug was a banned substance.
I'm sure it isn't a performance enhancing substance. Because after all, I didn't notice any improvement in the performance of those two defenders.
