There is no security in Nigeria:
-My Dad got kidnapped for a week
-We got attacked my armed robbers on Benin-Ore road
-My Dad got attacked by armed robbers in Ibadan
-Armed robbers attacked the police station in my estate

Op if you are single, that money is enough for proof of funds for Canada Express entry. Read through the Canada Express entry thread, you just need at least a year of experience in relevant occupation, language test(IELTS) and education to be qualified. Read through the thread and try to understand what I am telling you. You can do it yourself, you don’t need agent and the 4m still belongs to you, you just need to show the Canadian government you can take care of yourself before getting a job before they can issue you a permanent resident visa.
