IMO I think these vulcanizers constitutes little or no waste in the environment if that is one of the reasons for the move.

The new Lagos bus is a very good project, please board the bus once & come back here to share your experience because the bus reduced transport fare by 50% e.g Oshodi to berger is 300naira(danfo with pako seat) whereas fully air condition bus new Lagos bus goes for 150naira for same journey.

What exactly is the essence of the contraption? Signage? Shelter while at work from the elements? Sitting or resting spot? An add-on to the vulcanization equipment?... I don't quite get this... Hope it's not another white elephant.

Nice and innovative but very expensive. Where can a vulcaniser get N323,000. 00 to pay when it gets lost.
