foo.l listen and let me educate you. Any unoccupied land belong to people which they use for various farming practices. Even if such land is not useful to the original owners of the land,I bet you with time the land will be used by the original owners.

I don't know why, but the government just like the FG sometimes respond to national issues based on public ignorance and hysteria, but states including mine are free to accept or reject because it is a voluntary program.

Some states are going ahead with the program because it is voluntary and they think it is beneficial.
