Applied May 13th
Stamped Jun 27th
UPS delivered today.

Congrats.
Kindly give a step by step guide on how you went about the Eurobond cos I did some research on it and found a field like “visa application number”. I intend to get the bond then apply. Plus I’d also like to know how you remitted money for the bond. Please I need your guidance urgently. Thank you.

I paid 6000 euros and the remaining balance in my statement of account. Full payment is not compulsory

finix77:
Hi everyone!

I'm having a bit of an issue. UCD reached out to me asking about starting my visa application some months ago. I advised them that the delay was due to me wanting to pay full fees or at least have the balance of the fees in my account after paying €6000. However they advised that I can still go ahead without showing I have access to the complete balance in my account and suggested I apply for the visa in the next few days.

Any advice or insight please? I've seen in this thread that many are encouraged to pay full tuition to allay VIO's concerns & I want mine to be successful too

Thanks

I didn't use any bond. Just normal statement of account and part fees

Godsenvoy:

Congrats. Please give a step by step guide on how you processed your Eurobond biko. Would love to quickly sort that out so I can apply this week by God’s grace.

Hello House,

Please one quick question.

Is there a deadline for Student Visa application. Because I was told the deadline is 15th July 2019.

Can someone please kindly confirm/verify this.

Regards
Re: GENERAL Irish (student)visa & Work Permit-New THREAD*** by Oseunseun: 5:33pm On Jul 08, 2019
Visa application takes 6-8 weeks. If you're resuming in September, submitting after next weeks won't give enough time. So try and submit this week or next week latest. I am also targeting this Friday

How long does it take UCC to offer admission? My cousin applied in May. Sent in supporting documents on 21st May. I told him to contact the school cos it is getting late. Should he?

He should send them an email sha.

For me, it took one month

Hello house, kindly advise me on this issue. I wanted to pay for my school fees in France for graduate study @universite Saclay Paris. I was asked to pay the tuition fees through bank transfer (not online payment) and my sponsor is in UK, said he can only pay through his credit card. I have mailed the school to send me online payment route, but no response yet. I don't know if there is other way I can sort out this problem. Is there any intermediary/agent that accept online payment and transfer to school directly.

I don't know if Eurobond can help me out

Thank you

Hey. Please one question. How long did it take them to issue you a receipt for the part fees you paid. Because I used form A and it's almost two weeks now they haven't given me my receipt, even after paying all in full.

I have written mails and they are will say high volume blah blah blah.

Jobs are dependent on skill and not mostly on school. Checkout the list of critical skills in Ireland to know which skills are in high demand

After paying with the form A, you should get a telex from the bank which you then send to the school.

Don't be waiting for a receipt from them if you haven't sent them the telex.

Telex should be ready in less than 3 working days. Depends on the bank.

Please can people who are already in Ireland explain how we can go about accommodation .my school is in Dublin and I don't mind if I can get accommodation outside Dublin but not too far from Dublin or if there is anyone who know any shared apartment that will be vacant from September 2019?pls help a sister

Hi, getting accommodation in Dublin is not easy but then, different people have different experience. I will advise you to book a temporary hostel on booking.com for 1-2weeks. For some hostels, you won't have to pay any deposit to book a space while others may require a deposit of 5-10% of the actual amount. By doing that, you will have a place to stay for a while and search properly for a room/apartment of your choice.

Rents.ie , daft.ie and hosting power are the major sites for searching. Another option is discussing your challenge with people on ground. Someone may know someone who knows where there's vacancy. Information flows alot. This worked for me.

Cheers!!!!

I think If payment Was made by sponsor, the statement of account of where that money came from should be provided. According to What I heard they want to see source of income and how that money is made. To be sure it isn’t gotten via illegal means (money laundering, embezzled govt funds etc)
Re: GENERAL Irish (student)visa & Work Permit-New THREAD*** by Mydavids: 11:50pm On Jul 09, 2019
Although it isn’t easy to find accommodation close to school, you can get one that should be 30 or 45 minutes bus to school. Which is mostly cheaper and more convenient, that’s what most of us did. Shalom.
