All those soldiers wey fight for civil war no dey wan take ear hear say one person dey threating the unity of the country thru religion or politics. Dem feel say dem don invest too much tears and blood to keep the country one so anybody wey do anyhow go see anyhow.

If they can put a face to the disturbance, they will pick you up and lock you away.

An all-out civilian president like GEJ would probably seek out a civil way to achieve a negotiated peaceful resolution for this impasse. But soldiers like Obasanjo and Buhari who fought in the civil war have very little patience for that kind of settlement.

Now this situation is getting out of hand and the FG needs to urgently adopt a more civil approach to resolving this matter before it degenerates further. No one is saying free Zakzaky outrightly. But let the man have his day in court and follow through on the decision of the court. They can release the man and put him under 24 hours surveillance. There is an urgent need to defuse the ticking time bomb.

May God's true wisdom guide all sides in the conflict.
