I thought special advisers are the president's prerogative not requiring senate confirmation.

Section 151 does not require Senate confirmation...
But it requires NASS approval for the number of SAs.

If you never mention atiku and South easterner you never dey alright.
Last time I checked atiku is spending his money not your own and if you claim he's corrupt just like most of zombie does how come he has not been prosecuted all these while.
