Time combine with Ogun and Amadiohha strike you there, yeye, I thought you said you have sent the list to the senate? FYI Nigeria had their election before south Africa but Ramapshosa have since constute his cabinet but here our own is asking for more time to bring old dead men as ministers. Bubu I do not have problem with you but the Yoruba Muslims that orchestrated your come back

Imagine he needs more time to name his ministers. This is someone who was re-elected February.Since February to date he has not been able to come up with list of ministers wonderful but when it came to RUGA he did not need time to push it forward for implementation. This is not a new government this is a government in continuity.

Problem with Buhari is dat of lack of improvement in all angle of his personal life.

Buhari, irrespective of all the time, opportunity and wealth refused to improve his education
This also affected his circle of friends.
PMB limited his pool of friends within that his Fulani clan. This is really affecting him.

As a former military head of State and all other appointments he held outside bn the Head of State he could not widen his pool of friendship. He sees himself as the only nice person while others are bad guys.

If he is a bit liberal in making friends, picking his ministers won't be a problem.

If for instance, I am made a president today and was asked to name my ministers, beliv me, it won't take me more than a week to do dat.
List of my Child hood friends who are intelligent and productive today
My primary, secondary and university schools good friends that are making waves in the society today
People I have work with that I know that posses extra ordinary skills
Friends of my friends that are of extra ordinary qualities
Some of my bosses that I have worked under.
Good suggestions from different party members.
Other technocrats that may not even be very close to me.

There are many criteria to make ur choice.
Buhari does not know anyone cos he does not socialize. So any name given to him, he will consult and consult, do many background check befor considering taking the name.
This is the kind of person we have as a President.

Dont mind him, it is even better he keep quit because him releasing the list or not makes no difference. the last ones he had, it took him over 6months to bring them but still dey failed woefully .

Yes GSM that is making your voice to be heard!

It's a big achievement and something to be proud of!

Show us your own achievement!

You fell into my trap!

Was it a private or FGN investment? Did the FGN spend a dine on its actualisation?

Hello! They made money from it. Unaccounted funds!

What is wrong with this junior zombie?

See the question he's asking.

No its buhari's money not FGN money!

A govt provided conducive condition for investors to come and invest which provided a lot of jobs for the people and greatly enhanced the ease of doing business.

You are here comparing with your divisive destructive RUGA president.

You better go back to school and learn elementary economics.

somehow:
seems you don't know the difference between criticism and cussing. The person I quoted was cursing our leaders which will backfire on us all if they end up failing. If you curse the building that houses you, when it fails and falls down, won't it endanger the occupants/you?

That's the simple logic!
I understand what you saying.... I completely do but the cursing is better than things to befall them in the nearest years to come. Trust me.... Revolution is gonna set in. It's already happening online and gradually happening offline in the case of Busola Dakolo and the Hulk Hogan senator. They will wish Nigerians cursed them than what will befall them. Thanks for the logic. I picked some valid reasoning from there. Have a wonderful day ahead

If the President don't know those to appoint into his cabinet up till now, it is something regrettable
As a leader, he ought to know the historical background of the nation and the people even before aspiring for the office of the President. The excuse he gave is not justifiable.

If you believe any good thing can come out of their man then I feel sorry for you because it's means you have a very poor sense of judgement and can be easily conned
I am not expecting anything to come out of our present crop of leaders because their ideas and modus operandi, are not in line with what is needed to make this country stand among great nations of the 21st century

Thanks for seeing reasons with me. Surely we are waking up and letting them know we are aware via the SM. We should continue bombarding them with logical criticism on all platforms teaching them, showing them their goof while pointing to them what reasonable leaders do.

We will surely get there.
thanks sir and have a nice weekend ahead.

Really? How will you blame just 1 man for the stupidity of those who voted him? He sold the idea to Nigerians just the same way companies advertise new products. Mind you, I've never liked Tinubu or Buhari. The former is a selfish drug addict while the latter is dumb, clueless and just too sluggish. Majorly, I blame the country herself........

I blame the voters too. Tinubu isn't the problem here but those who after seeing this man's failures his incoherences during campaigns, the controversies surrounding his governance and the so much economic pains his policies have caused and still voted him to power are the major problems Nigeria has. Not just journalist. Individuals too.

Look at the likes of Suleman, FFK and Reno. Those guys spew sentences that could throw a nation into war.

Just a radio broadcast ignited Rwanda and Nigerians must learn from that.

the current idiot Nigeria un fortunately has as president Is the one that will put thks country into trouble eventually with the way he is going

Rabble Rousers like FFK dem thrive because the president lacks managerial skills to run the country and NOT make inflammatory statements

He has to take responsibilities for that

PRESIDENT Muhammadu Buhari Thursday night pleaded with the leadership of the National Assembly to give him more time for him to compile list of ministerial nominees.

President Buhari also told the presiding and principal officers of the nation’s federal legislative arm of government that he was under pressure to nominate members of his cabinet.

This is as the Senate President, Ahmad Lawan has denied that he said that the presidency promised to send the ministerial list to the Red Chamber this week.

A source at the dinner hosted by the President for the leadership of the National Assembly mid-wife by the Senior Special Assistant to the President on National Assembly Matters, Senator Ita Enang at the Presidential Villa hinted that the President at the dinner requested that he should be given some time for him to come up with the ministerial nominees.

According to the Source who spoke on the condition of anonymity, “Mr. President said we should give him more time for him to compile the list of ministerial nominees.”

Buhari was said to have noted that most of the ministers he appointed in his first tenure were not known to him, adding that this time around, he wanted to appoint those he knows, have confidence in and that have the capacity to deliver.

It was gathered that President Buhari during the closed door dinner said he was under tremendous pressure to release the ministerial list.

He said: “Many at this dinner meeting are saying they want to see the list of the proposed cabinet so that they can go on leave peacefully. “I’m very much aware about it; I’m under tremendous pressure on it. But the last cabinet which I headed, most of them, the majority of them I didn’t know them. I had to accept the names and recommendations from the party and other individuals.

“I worked with them for three and half years at least – meeting twice or two weeks in a month. So I know them. “But, this time around I’m going to be quite me, me in the sense that I will pick people I personally know.”

Speaking with State House correspondents after the meeting, the Senate President, Ahmad Lawan said the Senate was yet to receive ministerial list from President. According to him, ministerial list was not submitted at dinners contrary to speculations that the President would unveil the ministerial nominees at the dinner.

The Senate President explained that he didn’t promise Nigerians that the ministerial list would be forwarded to the senate this week. When asked if he was now in possession of the ministerial list, he said “Well, I came for a dinner and the process of receiving list is not at dinners. That is all I have to say about this.”

Reminded that he promised Nigerians that the list will get to the Senate this week he said: “I never did. Let me take this opportunity to correct that. A senator raised a point of order under personal explanation and he said we (the senate) should be sent the list of ministers by the executive arm of government.

“And in my response I said the executive is working so hard to ensure that the list of Nigerians that will help this Administration work is going to be constituted, we could even receive it this week. “Could is conditional and I will urge everybody here to report it as it is.”

It was gathered that the Presidency was shocked on Wednesday when it was reported that the senate president announced that the ministerial list would be sent to the senate this week. One of the top aides of the president in the villa, said he was shocked by the senate president’s announcement.

“ Ministerial list this week ? I don’t know anything regarding that. What I know that has been sent was the president request for approval of his special advisers,” he said, pleading not to be named.

Those at the dinner included the Deputy Senate President, Ovie Omo-Agege, Abdullahi Yahaya – Majority Leader, Ajayi Borofice – Deputy Leader, Orji Uzor Kalu – Chief Whip and Sabi Abdullahi – Deputy Chief Whip. Others were Emmanuel Bwacha, Deputy Minority leader, Phillip Aduda- Minority Whip, Sabi Wau, Deputy Minority Whips.
