Feghouli might still play. It's not yet super certain he will miss out but it is a possibility.
But yes, Atal is ruled out completely.

I'm not sure Ghanaians will support Nigeria.

I have seen them support an European opposition against NIgeria in a WC match.

If Nigeria wins this, we will match their 4 AFCON trophy record - their main bragging point . I'm sure most will not like that. So don't rule out Ghanaians supporting Algeria against Nigeria.

It is normal where there is rivalry. No one wants to be upstaged. Ghanaians will root for Algeria just as Egypt will root for Nigeria. It is hard to wish a rival good.

Egypt versus Ghana finals in 2010, there was a wild jubilation where I saw the match, somewhere in Abia State. I particularly was so happy when Gedo scored that goal

and the greeks you are talking about who taught them?
rabzy:

The enlightened Greeks bestowed their knowledge on the barbarians such as the roma people, and it took centuries but the romans learnt and used it. The barbarians took over Rome again and the centre of civilization and development shifted to the east, the Islamic caliphate, while Europe was basically in the doldrums, the dark ages before the knowledge was repatriated back and led to the renaissance and later the industrial revolution.
I can posit what happened to us but it will just be my theory on it, I do not believe there is something wrong with the black man

Solanke chased Origi out of Liverpool" lol cheesy
I remember a certain moniker here that supported the argument (I'm sure u can guess who grin)
He most likely made that statement out of hatred for Osimhen.. Origi lack of game time at Liverpool back then was due to the fact that Klopp doesn't play with a true 9. He prefers Firmino as a false9 ..Origi time and time again had proved to be a very reliable back up striker... He just wanted more game time so he could play at the world cup.... Solanke played 27 games and got just one goal!!
To tell u how overrated Solanke is,he scored just 7 goals in 25 games in the Dutch league...a league which ironically Sadiq Umar, another player Southgate has continually belittle on this thread scored 5 goals (and 3 assists) in 12 games...
grin

To me, Komekn's opinions in here, most of the time, are as useless as a cow dung

Origi lacked game time yet he played 43 matches for Liverpool before he was loaned out to Wolfsburg?

How can you claim Origi lacked game time without putting this stats into consideration but you quickly gave us Solanke's stats to support your argument that he had game time?

If Origi played 43 matches and had 2081 minutes of game time, what game time did Solanke get with 726 minutes despite the 27 games he played?

How does Origi getting 2,081 minutes tantamount to lack of game time?

Origi had enough game time but was loaned out because Liverpool agreement with Solanke before he signed for them was that he must get game time.

Besides, Solanke was the MVP of the U20 world cup that year and still went ahead to perform in Liverpool's preseason that year.

7 goals with 1 assists for a18 years old Solanke in his first professional career is very impressive.

You can't even compare it with Sadiq Umar who had already played in Seria A for two seasons before coming to the Eredivise.

Honestly, you are bias and subjective in analyzing your point.

Was there progress before colonisation? If there was, how come were they easily defeated by the colonial masters whilst taking over their land? Weren't it thesame leaders (monarchs) that were selling their kingsmen/fellow black people to slavery in exchange for mirrors? Look at china. No African countries suffered like they did for many centuries. Empires/civilisations took turns on them, but their culture and self determination with hard work remaind and we know where they are today. They didn't sit back and put blame on their misfortunes. Keep looking for excuse for the black man's ineptitude and mediocrity.

I see. The Babylonian empire, Media and Persia, Greek empire etc never made progress because they were conquered.

Your understanding of progress is all about the successful conquest of Africa.

You should do yourself a favour by reading about civilization of mankind. Where it started from.

Unfortunately, you are comparing China that had been a unified country for centuries with artificial states of Africa. What an irony!

China unified my foot. What was 1914 for? Even the USA was colonized. Different American states from Canada to Mexico joined to form that USA.
Africans should put their differences aside, quit whining and develop Africa.
