I didn't pay anything oh. I just woke up from sleep and checked my Uber, walla online and can receive trip requests

What did you use for your online payment.. is it current account or TIN?
I don’t really understand that TIN.. hope you can share more light on it.

I used my sterling bank account current account. For TIN I used my wife's registered company TIN number.

TIN means tax identification number. It's a number FIRS gives to registered CAC companies, for tax.

You need to have a registered company, then proceed to FIRS before given TIN

This information is very false sir. You do not need to register a company, as long as you work. Self employed or employed by another or you're doing business, even a tomato seller or any market..

You should have your Tax identification and getting it is very easy, just walk into any frsc office, fill a very short form with your name and ID. You will be issued a TIN

It's suppose to be free but the guys there will ask you to either wait for a week or pay 2k or 3k to get it instantly.

I think you shouldn't do that, it might give her issues in future since the company is already registered and an automatic tax account created for the company.

Uber pays your tax as long as you are driving on their platform, putting your wife's TIN means you're saving uber from paying and eventually FIRS will get it from your wife. Yes the money is not much but pls allow uber pay it and not your wife.

FIRS has every detail of what you earn driving on either of the platform and they tax accordingly

No need stressing yourself going to your former employer because it will not be given, as that is a personal income tax ID. Just go toFIRS office.

No please, if you're on the mainlnd, go to FIRS on lateef jakande, you won't spend 30mins.

I can give you a contact person there who would ask you to send your ID card via whatsapp and he will process it for you in one hour but I odnt want encourage him collecting 5k for what should be free. So please go there, even if you have to pay, you won't pay above 2k.

The fact that it works doesn't make it right, if you ever get involved with anything that needs evidence of tax, that's when you'll understand that it's better to do the right thing instead of following the majority.

Good one. Well done, let's try to either reduce or stop paying these guys. One hour isn't too much to wait.

The account will be activated once u sat for training, you will have to put your email and phone number in that pad so before the training end they would have already activated most of the accounts.

Be Cautious and obtain a detailed vehicle history report from computerglobal which can reveal many hidden problems from a vehicle’s past, including flood titles, recalls and more, and also will indicate if a vehicle has been registered in at-risk areas during flood and hurricane seasons.
Consumers could end up saving a great deal of time and money in repairing damages that were unbeknownst to them with they made the purchase.

Guys how do you charge offline service for a full day? What are the factors to consider so you dont under charge and end up short changing yourself. Advice needed ASAP. Thanks

2k per hour for the first 4 hours,
Subsiquent hours can be 1500 per hour.
Note that doing per hour you must sound it loud that it's a must the person do the four hours nothing less so the person will not play smart with you. As well going out of state while on this agreement is a separate bergain.

Try as much as possible to be flexible when charging offline.

You can stick to a particular rate for each hour instead of having different tarrifs
