Drain and recharge. But sometimes after updates this things happen. The battery takes a while to adjust to new system changes but it will go back to normal. I have experienced it before.

You should recalibrate your battery chief
I updated immediately I got my phone, battery been smooth.

The speaker bug, someone else has reported it, I don't know what you can do about it
