Maybe if you took your time to comprehend the vacancy post you would easily decipher that this is a part time job that the tutor in question might just need to handle 2hrs a day probably 3 times a week. Any private secondary school offering you that much on the mainland and sometimes on the island in lagos would want to make sure they squeeze the life out of you with the work load being assigned to you including the number of man hours they'd require from you. IELTS isn't your every day local exam that you can cheat your way through reason why such requirements are needed from the potential tutor willing to take the class.
