u got to a point so many pple have been waiting for. What will it cost u to visit a federal or state hospital to get another medical certificate? There are some things we shouldn't even bother to risk. Probably u ar nt interested in d job #idk

We did, And still repeated the process after they gave us our appointment letters months later. Gen 60 is a board documentation form for free. Which will be submitted back immediately after filling with photocopies of your credentials together with the board file and 2 passports
