Nche95:How old are you? Don't start it, you'll be dependent on any one you find and that will not be good for your organs in the long run. There are natural ways to find sleep, you can try meditation, journaling, and plenty of others. Just google "natural ways to curb insomnia" you'll get a lot of pointers. Stay away from pills. |

Nche95:If it's just for the moment, then find other non-drug ways to beat it. I don't know any pills and if I knew I'll not even tell you. So, what triggered the "recent" insomnia? You said "it's just for the moment". |
