The National Chairman of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), Ozonkpu Victor Oye, is currently mourning the death of his daughter who died after a brief illness. This was made known in a terse statement forwarded to DAILY POST on Saturday night by the APGA New Media Group.
