The Nigeria affiliate is been run by a cabal that is bent on just enriching themselves. The MD must be call to order if not he will run down the bank. ETI and shareholders should act fast to salvage Ecobank.

Working in Ecobank is a modern day slavery. The graduates are hopeless because the labour market is saturated that is why Eco bank is hiring and firing without conscience.Labour union in Nigeria is dead.

That is what Nigerian graduates have been turned to.The banks don't care about the labour laws. The government don't even know that most of these banks are violating the labour laws.No one cares in Nigeria. What a banana republic.

exactly. This is the issue most organizations are exploiting. They have discovered that the labor market is saturated with graduates and hence price them however they decide to.

Chai, see slander and libel. I know Mr Patrick personally and I know him to be principled, strict and very intelligent. His wife is a top management staff in another international bank. I find it very hard to believe your story.

People have always know Ecobank as a bank filled with laggards. If they are letting people go and retraining others then it's for the bank's good. Hopefully, they come out stronger.

Don't know anything about this case but I must say this
In business to succeed u have to be ruthless it is said in some quarters that business men and women won't go to haven
But no cruelty. We are all humans but when I say ruthlessness d business people who are knee deep know what it means
