This Cairo international stadium is cursed!

Uganda lost to Senegal round of 16. (That was d stadium Uganda played all their group games).

Egypt lost to South Africa there.

Then D Eagles beat South Africa there on our 1st visit

Now We just lost to Algeria on their 1st visit to d stadium....untop this cursed jersey

thank you Jere... I wonder what those people blaming the jersey will teach their children?

Take nothing away from Wilfred Ndidi he's a very fine player, but his problem is always causing too many fouls at the vital areas of his team, This was his problem at KRC GENK, and he did that a couple of times with Leicester City of England last season, we can all see again today he did same with the national team against Algeria with a dead ball specialist like Riyad Mahrez, so in my own opinion Ndidi with his needless and reckless tackle in front of the eighteen yard box made the super eagles lose this tonight.

If Henry had scored, I'm sure you will say something else. Football is funny..

Check my recent posts, you will see that I have been crying for Henry to be used. But the replacement was the issue.

Onyekuru came in and played a shot. Chukwueze didn't have one single shot. Rohr was the problem today. He should have brought in more players.
Onyekuru doesn't have a good statistics as a striker because Galatasaray tried converting him to a striker, but its not working, therefore shouldn't be used to replace Ighalo, dat is my argument. Onyekuru shouldn't have been in dat match in d first place even if Chukwueze didn't play any shot. a winger must not play shot to be effective in a match.

So you'll blame our poor showing tonight on a dark green jersey instead the coach? Stop believing crap.

So out of every team in the world its only Nigeria that kit color affects. Really?

I've told you the day Nigeria will play Afghanistan national team with the dark green jersey and lose, then I'll believe you.

Or better still play Brazil with our first choice kit and maintaining the winning record.
Manchester United changed Jersey during half the against Southampton in April 1996 because they said it was cursed

Ndidi, dat tackle was unnecessary.Ur players wer plenty in 18th yard box.Ur trapping sef dat let to de foul is zero.

Akpeyi! Akpeyi! Akpeyi! How many times have I called you so? Which goalkeeper on earth will form a wall during free kick taking n still go n hide behind the wall? Even Ikorodu United goalkeeper can't be so naive n bereft of simple goalkeeping ideas.

At the end of the day, we fell to a lack of experience. We needed the kind of Mikel's experience in the Midfield today. They totally took it over from us.

Iwobi also tried as he covered so much distance. Musa tracked back severally to pressurize them whenever they move towards the Midfield. Collins was superb as he managed to keep Mahreiz silent almost throughout the game except for that cross. Ndidi did not come to party today at all.

All our set pieces were wasted. If you look at teams who have won championships in the past, they do not joke with set pieces.

I didn't expect us to use a 433 formation today. I expected something different. Chuqueze was well pocketed by the opposition and same with Musa even though Musa was being given wayward passes.

When I saw the free kick in that position with Mahreiz and standing over it, I told my friend that it was going to be a goal. Mahreiz loves that angle and barely misses from there. 2 goal keepers cannot catch that ball. That is what you get when you have a standard player that's known for something and who has been training severally to sharpen a particular skill. It benefits the whole team at the end of the day.

Before the free kick, it was our player who miscontrolled that put the entire defence under pressure and then the foul.

Chukwueze was tired

All the players showed some level of exhaustion, but that didn't mean Chukwueze wasn't showing some hunger in this game.

I pray this coach is removed soonest.

Rohr is too aged to stress himself when SE plays, can't you see the way he claps his hands like he's in the church. Look at Senegalese coach young and strong, always yelling at the guys, the same thing goes to Algerian coach, always wrestless. But our own, na to clap like sister Amaka for deeper life. Let NFA do the needful.

Lol@ like he’s in church. Please I’m not supposed to be laughing now. Super eagles change am for me today. See cry!

I understand You Bros...
Earlier Before that Free Kick, Mahrez made A Run from The Left Flank, he had a Clear shot at Goal but wanted to be more comfortable, That Was when Awaziem Or so saved our ass....

No thesame thing was almost Happening Again, do we Allow another clear shot Or Make what I call a Technical Foul?

Life is Full Of decisions, Ndidi or Etebo i dont Know which Made the wrong decision This Time

No bro. The issue wasn't Ndidi..... He almost got the ball. The free kick was due to the carelessness of the player that first miscontrolled when the ball was passed to him.... The player put the entire team under pressure and a state of panic.
