You say Xiaomi is new, bro the first Xiaomi phone was in 2011, just three years after android came into the scene, Def not new. You said no innovation from Xiaomi, you clearly limit your information about Xiaomi to this forum. The latest one I know is the under screen camera which they're pioneering alongside Oppo. This new slim 18:9 screen resolution we all use now was largely pushed by Xiaomi. Gsmareana wrote something about that one time, and so on like that.

Transsion as a brand has really fine phones too and I've used them in the past and will use them again if only they had good chips, I'm not even shitting on them, the Phantom would have been perfect but look at the choice of a Mediatek P35 chip Can't blame for buying phones with better chips you know.
But like I said functionally over brandname is what I think we as techies should look out for.

that's how it is.. It has one speaker output.. The other should be mouthpiece i guess.... But it produces a decent sound ni.

I will suggest you backup and restore your device to factory settings.
