P.s Perhaps you were fortunate or your POF difference was not much below IRCC exchange rates or your VO was considerate. POF is not locked post-AOR, past applicants have been refused PPR for shortage of POF due to exchange rate fluctuations post-AOR. The general advice is to ensure POF is a little above the statutory amount on the day CIC verifies your documents as IRCC uses the exchange rates by the day. So for those of us waiting, if you notice your POF is falls short due to exchange rates, please beef it up and raise a CSE to avoid stories that touch. Some VOs are unnecessarily strict. Pm me for the links in which I got this info, don't want to paste non-NL links so I don't get banned.

And it wouldn't make sense for both of us to be on a student visa here in Germany. Now, I have resided to relocate to Canada with my wife who's still in Nigeria. I need a clear process to go about this. I also want to ask that if my wife goes for the ielts and file for the family, will my MSc count since am under her. As regards your question, it is going to be tough to claim those kids as they don't have your surname. I believe there should be an affidavit to address that, stating the reasons why they (the kids) aren't having your surname. You can even back it up with blood group docs, medical certificates etc

I used CES and I didn't send any student copy of transcript. Unless things have changed recently, I believe the only transcript required is official transcript and it should be sent directly from your school to CES via courier.

However, I don’t know if you can register for the exam without registering with the approved centre. Also you need to attend those online classes for better understanding. Try to pay up now so you can meet up with the classes
