The ones prepared for the Jihad will never leave. They are set for attack. The people they are calling back are the petty traders. Please let's have some sense and be prepared to defend ourselves.

my mind tells me they are discreetly calling on their civilians to come back home while their killer herdsmen get ready to attack!

The question is on whose side will the military be in full blown war is declared? Who will be in control of the ammunition? Already, the numbers of soldiers from the south is gradually depleting through the Boko Haram battle. Is this a delibrate act? Is this one of the reasons the government does not want to equip soldiers fighting Boko Haram? Too many questions begging for answers.
