Lol...you are trying to make sense out of it, the program runs for 11 months so subsequently one might be offered full time employment.

Lol.... it's a learning phase tho, an 11 month programme and if there's a vacancy at the end of the programme you'd be retained, or if you perform exceptionally well.

So if they couldn't perform well or if there is no vacancy after the 11 months they would be left to be roaming about with CVs again?

Have you done ur AC session?

The AC went well. We had tea break (small chops & a cup of tea) and lunch (jollof rice+fried rice and chicken) we were grouped into different groups for our group discussion, then the presentation after which interview came. After this, we took the CBT test comprising of Microsoft proficiency, ebasket and essay writing.

It was a rigorous but well organised process. Hoping for the best, whichever way.
