These touts were seen at Ojuelegba of Lagos stopping all these bikers on the road irrespective of the urgency of the delivery. Passengers and deliveries were all neglected just to extort this money from the riders.

How can they have shame when they are now being celebrated in the south west? Their leaders are eulogised and young ones are now aspiring to be like them. The musicians praise them in their songs and they hang out with top politicians in the region. How can they have shame?

They should also try and locate all uber driver and taxify to collect ticket as well. Lazy people.
