I dont know what is totally wrong with me.
I am too emotional and is affecting me.
I shout too much and use negative words on others.
I dont feel comfortable around others.
I dont go out all the time.
I am always lonely.
If someone provoke me, i will start keeping malice with the person and i talk sometimes without reasoning.
This is really affecting me.
My blood is always on high side.

Go see a clinical psychologist to be clinically diagnosed.

Go back to your childhood and find out what happened during your younger days. You have bottled up emotions you should burn.

You should watch some YouTube videos on male emotional management and teachings by T.D.Jakes.
It will help you a lot. My take is that you suffered loads of emotional abuse during your early days and it's affecting you badly.

It's blocking you from moving ahead and until you do, you will keep hurting and pushing those who can help you grow away.

Let me guess....You were not given enough hug while growing up... when you were growing up, someone somewhere tells you that you were not good enough.. It has kind of affected your psych.. hence attack was your form of defense... even your name here can substantiate a little of what I have suspected...U needed someone to reassure you that you are doing great... Not necessarily to praise you but to tell you that you were good enough.. Now OP how was my guess work? rate me in percentage (%). On a serious note, Be kind to yourself first, give yourself a break.. assure yourself that you are good enough then ..
