You still have to be device specific, or add other parameters like "at this amount which phone will I get more value from between Huawei and Xiaomi". Then we can now take a pool of devices from both OEMs and compare and advice you better

Redmi Flagship will always be a Redmi, value for money.

MI flagship is the real flagship... According to someone here, that can not use Redmi devices, he prefer the Mi series.
