Again endless proverbs, the natural go-to response of a loser. Their is nobody proving mighty nor swift, but we are humans, we have the innate ability and capacity to balance wisdom with strength, and use them simultaneously or interchangeably. In your cases, clearly not so much. You can't constantly be supplying proverbs to cover up cowardice. Your enemies can see that already. Look at real life outcomes, how have you fared?
