SCAMMING A PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE IN THAT MANNER IS NOT FAIR. A NIGERIAN SCAMMER WOULD HAVE DONE BETTER THAN THE KENYAN.

Atiku and PDP’s Star witness, who claimed to be an ICT expert from Kenya, by name - David Ayu Nyango Njoga has said the results of the last presidential election were stored in a server allegedly operated by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).

Njoga said he only got the report, which he later analysed, from a third party website : “www.factdontlieng.com”.
The witness, who claimed that the information was provided by an INEC official, but said the INEC official acted anonymously and whose name, he does not know.

When asked if the website belonged to INEC, he said no but by a whistle-blower, whose name he, still did not know. He said the website was created on March 12, 2019, which is more than two weeks after the Presidential election date. When reminded that the presidential election held on February 23 and the results released before March 12, the witness went mute.

Igbo actually scammed Atiku big time. They perceived his desperation so they turned it to business. They even brought one of their ancestor on wheelchair to come and collect his own windfall.

When you do not understand an issue, you better keep quiet or ask questions. The guy is an ICT expert and knows exactly what he is talking about. According to him someone downloaded the contents of a server and posted on a website. Being an ICT expert he was able to trace the contents to a server. He checked and saw that the server from which the contents were downloaded belongs to INEC. This is a simple thing to do in ICT.
If you download data from a server, an ICT expert will be able to trace the route and get to the source. The source is the server from which you downloaded it. A very simple thing in ICT is what you are wetting your pats about.

The rubbish you are typing is irritating.

- Unless he has an Admin privilege on the said website, he can't access the server log on that useless website.
- Unless he already had access to the details of the phantom INEC server, there will be no way he can make a backtrace of the content to INEC.
- The statements by Atiku's witnesses on the electronic results at the tribunal is no longer consistent with their initial claims. Even Chidoka wanted to modify his statement.
- Without the testimony or a sworn statement of the whistle blower, the results Atiku is presenting is useless. As it stands now, even the fraudulent website does not have any owner, who may have stand in and make the claim.

Atiku needs to tender an unreserved apology to the millions who voted him. They do not deserve to have hopes toyed with in this manner.

You just have below elementary knowledge of ICT. The guy wants to stay on the legal side of the issue. Let me tell you just knowing your email address is enough for any body with higher ICT knowledge to read your mails. People like you are the reason Nigeria remains backward.

The issue before the tribunal is the existence of a server and the ICT expart was hired and presented to the tribunal to conclusively prove and convince the tribunal per the existence of the server, but he failed to do so, all he offered was hearsay, gossips, rumors and needless contradictions.

Also, his main concern is staying on the legal side of the issue and not necessarily presenting hard and technical facts needed per the existence of the server, he shouldn't have wasted the tribunals time and Atiku shouldn't have hired and presented him before the tribunal.

They've closed their case and at the end of the day failed to prove their case. So, of what relevance was the legal side argument?

Was the expert able to show or prove anything about INEC server or it's existence apart from circumstantial narratives and third party den say den say..?

INEC server is still the issue and they failed to show us the server or prove it's existence.

The issue before the tribunal is not what expert can do or not do, it's to show the world that INEC used a server to receive/transmit or stored election results which the so called ICT expert he failed to do.

Story for the gods. Keep the lie going. That is how they read emails and you have not become a billionaire.

I need not tell you that before anyone will access your email, are any of the following:
- They have your login details, like password.
- Have knowledge of the information you provide when opening the account.
- Know answers to your Security Question in other to reset your email account.
- Have the phone you used for the account, to request a login reset.
- Sent you a phising email to trick you to disclose your details.
- Or the person hack into the server.

Whichever it is, Atiku and his hackers are criminally minded.
