There is a difference between fvck and rape
U and i know that pastor fatoyinbo did not rape busola
How can u be worshipping under a rapist church?
Ok!

Pastor Fatoyinbo thought he was f..ucking Busola and she thought they were f..ucking until Timi came into the picture and the Pastor no longer pick up her call or give a fu..ck.

A rape allegation that occurred over a decade ago... long before Timi ever thought he’d marry Busayo now turning into a full blown war. Something doesn’t seem right with the timing of the revelation, not after many kids and a seemingly happy family.

I sincerely don’t know what the end result of this saga would be, one thing I sure know is, healing can’t come even if Pastor Fatoyinbo goes to jail.

I stand against Rape and all forms of sexual abuse.
So.what do you suggest they would have done?

It is a very public case.

All the police want to be there. They are taking matters seriously, y are u complaining?

Did dey shoot anybody or fire one shot?

That is wat happens wen u go to the media first.
This is ur excuse for the unnecessary deployment of police to deliver a letter of invitation.
Sense as really eroded a lot in Nigeria.

LordAdam16:
He sued after his wife made the unsubstantiated allegation on social media. That is malicious.

If he had sued before she had the interview, it'd have amounted to subjudice and holding the court in contempt.

Biodun can argue that they only took steps to systematically deal the biggest blow to his reputation and public standing; which they realized when they instigated the now successful public campaign to make him step down as well as the surprisingly well-organized "emergency" protest. When they could easily (and preferably) have taken the judicious steps to seek redress in court. Over an unsubstantiated allegation that hasn't been adjudicated by a competent court of law.

It gets worse because in her interview, she explicitly stated that she didn't want to press the case in a court expressly; but was making the accusation as a retort to earlier accusations lobbied against her by social media users who were combating her husband's insinuations on social media. That's textbook malice, however you slice it.

You slander a public personality with an accusation that you know can't be proven (nor do you intend to prove at the outset) to deflect from accusations lobbied against you. Then proceed to do all within your power to inflict the most reputational damage on the accused. And then opening a case afterwards primarily to be used as a weapon.

And this is pretty much the driving argument for the Force HQ agreeing to send Timi an invite for criminal conspiracy, malice, amongst other charges.

The mor*n played into Biodun's hands, and you guys are egging him on. This is what happens when you act based on emotion when common sense is freely available.

All the she has a right to heal however she wants and he has a right to respond however he wants will not enter the interrogation room with him on the 27th. When you act like the laws don't apply to you, you'd be made an example of!

-Lord
Don't act based on emotion. Don't try to rape anybody cos yours will be a simple case. You can't be walking on the road and someone will accuse of rape. Her coming out in the first instance was to clarify that she wasnt sleeping around with pastors. She only sued after Biodun made the threat to sue. Even if you are part of the COZA media crew try and see things objectively. For the last time, don't try to rape anybody cos yours will be a simple case.

U can as well call sleeping with your wife or girlfriend rape. Busola should be ashamed for being loose and spoilt child. Not trying to use rape as smokescreen.

Let us look at the erotic details of this case to decide if it was Fuc.king or Rape.

I'm tempted to ask Timi Dakolo what he is fighting for.someone who was allegedly raped years before you got married to her.she should make a list of all the people who had issues with her before you met her so you can start a full fledged war on all.
Some sleeping dogs are better left to lie.
My anger is simply that both accused and accuser are Christians, what have they been learning in church all these years about forgiveness? awon were

why is he now rushing to social media when he had choose to protect his family with his life? a family you exposed shamelessly for public sentimental judgement?

But why does he believe so much on social media? Every little thing, he rushes down to post.

However, if he gets incarcerated, where will he see phone to be posting everything on social media?

Anyways, there are some things he should just keep them within his family circle...not rushing down to Instagram for public attention.

Between the both of us, who's acting based on emotion.

Between Biodun and Timi, who's acting based on emotion.

Las las them don send Timi invitation. Let him honor it. Busola and Timi would have all the time in the world to explain their motivation for taking the steps they did when there was a far more amenable alternative.

As for your last sentence, I'd refer you to George Orwell's Animal Farm. Not everyone you converse with on the Internet is an hoi polloi like you!

They want the Pastor to settle.

This noise show they are not even ready for the journey that comes with the justice system.

Ordinary police paying you courtesy visit to invite u to station for a statement of case, is all this noise.

Did the police arrest dem ?

This timi is dull. By the time lawyer write to you. Informing of the irresponbilities of your bahavior. You go wake.

I mentioned earlier. Let sleeping dogs lie. You endanger your children with your lack of forsights. There is wisdom in forgiveness. Even if it's true. You children don't need to know there mother was rape long time ago. You all can suck up and absorbed the pain for there sake. Life is tough as it is. Why wake dead things to add.

Now you are getting paranoid over gunmen. Even if it's true. You brought it on your family by you short site. You should not have Gotten involve in your wife past you were not there. All these need for bravado ..I will fight your battles are not neccessary. Wisdom is the principal thing expecially when you living in dangerous place like Nigeria with poor security.

Social media is not a court. Rape cases should be reported to the police. Let the court weigh the evidence and sentence the accused if it can be proved.

Social media should be like d last resort. If d police is compromised, then public opinion can be consulted to coerce them to be unbiased.

I don talk my mind o!

Coming to social media now, you're trying to sway public opinion to your favour. Meanwhile we don't have the capacity to critically examine and prove beyond reasonable doubt that the accused is indeed guilty.

Even in court, an accused person is presumed to be innocent until proved otherwise.
God bless you my brother.

[quote author=Weathered post=80467341]what is physical mumu? Scatterbrained spiritual slave!

You must be the fancy Fatoyinbo poverty-enveloped slave paid stipends to do social media damage control.

Question; why would anyone ordinary church member, married with kids and husband risk social stigma and shame to accuse a pastor of rape?

Same pastor had been previously accuse of indiscriminate sexual activity before.

F Fatoyinbo had not been family friends or coming o this girls family house at the said time, then let any member of the family speak.

It's not for an typical religious African Muppet like you to show your ugly , uninformed, shellacked face here.

Oga shut up joor do you know her personally? Every human has a prize tag I don't believe any of them yet let the court decides. Which one is she's a celebrity she can't risk her husband, kids and expose herself to stigma bla bla... Oga people do shiit for anything you don't know her motive so be wise with your words.
If they ask you to swear with your life on Busola if she's telling the truth I'm sure you'll think twice you wouldn't say all these rubbish you're saying.

He said so much, but ended up saying nothing. The post is filled with so much emotions than logic. First, you raised an alarm that there are armed gunmen in front of your house. Some of us were wise enough to know they can't be gunmen. Now, they were armed policemen with shabby looks. Were you expecting the police to visit you without arms?

That said, if you were forced to sign documents: why not call on your lawyer to be present before that? The police already know you to be a celebrity, so I don't expect a fowl play. Stop the media trial 'cause it's obvious this post is to tarnish the man's already tarnished image.
The way you people reason is damn funny. Why was Dino jumping up and down, hanging on tree when they have time for him? My question to you... Do you believe in Nigeria Judiciary system? Why did it take this long for police to invite him? Why do they have to come with a private bus? Do they have a case with Timi or his wife? Y'll try to sound smart, but reasoning always fail you people.

Note: I'm not supporting any body, but this case is far beyond this dude and allow him to use any method he can to safe is family ohk!

Did he write it anythung about being force to sign a paper? Even if police men come to your house to effect something, you will ask them to wait, you want to call your lawyer and yet will have all this sarz trouble.

they were only 3 policemen with their gun. should they leave their guns at home while trying to invite a suspect?

stop believing everything this useless celebrities post on social media.
We Nigerians are so used to things done the wrong way. Was there a threat expected from that home to send armed men if really it was just an "INVITATION"?. If they were give a previous invitation letter and they refused to honor it then one will inderstand that the police went there to effect arrest.
From all indication, sending 3 armed men was an arrest and not invitation.
