I believe you saw the sarcasm cheesy, but tbh. divorce laws alone favors women and that is why the divorce rate are high from their side. For men, it doesnt work in their favor because most of the time divorce ends in losing their homes and half of their assets or even more. If there are children involved, the woman gets custody of the children most of the time unless there are other circumstances involved.

Do you know Emmanuel Eboue, a former arsenal player. please read his story on how his life got messed up just because of the law in the Western world after a divorce that left him almost penniless.
Emmanuel Eboue screwed himself up big time by getting marrried first without signing a prenup. Lots of footballers and celebrities always have Baby mama all around and never get married to them until they get to retirement age or end of their career. Example Samuel Eto, Akon , Xaxi, etc . He should have known better before putting all his assets in Europe. The best place to invest is Africa if you’re in Europe or America and you make so much money . I read an Article about Akon and really learned one or two thing about the dude .

You just said the gospel truth. If you intend getting married, sign a prenup and if already married, sign a postnup.

What if she refuses to sign the postnuptial agrrement because she is now married. The best remain prenuptial.

If she refuse to sign the only option you have is to spread your investment . Invest your money in Africa , Panama, Belize , Mauritius, UAE, Russia, etc . Those are the places the US govt can’t use force to place sanction on your assets and investments, any other places you’re on your own ooo .

Even if you are marrying a Nigerian woman
you are still at risk as long as you live abroad

I have been doing my own research on this divorce laws thing

And some revelations came to me...

To reduce the financial impact of divorce

1)marry someone within your own socio economic class
a state like California agrees to 50/50 of joint assets
so marrying someone far below your economic status na suicide for that state IF A divorce happens

2) Whatever you do, make sure she is NOT a house wife
House wives get sympathy in court and they get bigger settlements
especially if your marriage was Like 5 years above

it is the combination of the two points above that often ruin black athletes
not only do they marry bimbos far below them economically
those bimbos for whatever reason are at home squandering his money and not working

these two factors will finish a rich man in a divorce settlement

out of many points let me add the last one......
do not move out of the house
moving out of the house = abandonment and abandonment is not good dir a divorce case

I'm just saying sha

it's good to have full knowledge of the tax and divorce laws of wherever you livr.

besides
if you picked a good woman (not bimbo) and you are good to her, why fear a divorce?

Just saying too

1. The assets divided 50/50 is only what's accrued From the time of marriage till divorce
2. I can never marry a house wife, I want to marry someone w shared same or similar strong vision with me. No wonder Jeff Bezos' wife was quick to file for a divorce on the allegation that she found anothet ladie's porn in his phone

I'm still imagining how a man who claim to truly love his wife will ask the wife to sign prenuptial agreement, won't she become suspicious of the man except is a contract marriage. Once there is compatibility not LOVE, there should be no panic.

Nice point bro . A 50/50 sharing of assets would still make most men bankrupt or depressed through out their life . The only way is to be secretive in your marriage & have offshore assets, accounts, real estate & investment. To be honest no couple can vouch that their marriage will last 5years, 10years or 20years; in order not to regret your actions it’s advisable to keep your assets out of the USA.
Sometimes , if your wife sense that you make enough money and it’s enough for both of you ; bro she’ll intentionally quit her job oooo that’s the honest truth .

So, it was a party organized by a Black meetup Group I belong to, in Southern California. It was held at a local Hilton hotel. The pool parties are held twice a year, with the next one being in September. Yay cheesy

The tickets cost between $25 for regular admission, and $40 for VIP. Reasonable prices, if you ask me. I came with 3 friends - a Nigerian lady, an African-American dude and an African-American woman. The Naija lady is an Ijaw from Delta.

The cool thing about the party is that two of Davido’s tracks - “If” and “Banana fall on you” were played by the DJ. When those tracks came on, everyone went wild lol. I told my friend that this is Nigerian song, and he was like “this is better than some AA hip hop” grin Most if the songs played were American obviously.

Then, when it came time to order food - the menu prices ranged from $11 to $14 - I was disappointed by the service. I and some others had to stand in line for almost 30 mins before a server came to take my order. I guess the hotel was short-staffed for that day

Anyway, I ordered the humus - a popular Arab delicacy - with a Red Bull. I didn’t want to order an alcoholic drink because I had to drive over half an hour back to my place. I didn’t want the cops to have a reason to pull me over, in case I engaged in “buzzed” driving. Lol

Overall, I would say the party was so much fun, I enjoyed myself, especially when the ladies were twerking in front of me cheesy I would try to make it to the September event as well.
