Jaypop22:trauma ke those daredevils you call children. Ok yes she even had courage to take responsibility to admit she tortured them but ask yourself why? Why did your child steal it’s because your child is a thief. Why did they lie about filming them it’s because your child is a liar because she is the senior here that’s why you are blaming her. If I was her that stole or lied on a junior you’ll come and rant too y’all are just confused shebi she just woke up one morning and said today I’ll torture juniors is she was like that she won’t have becoa prefect |

Even staffers and students are scared about the cloud of despair and death gathering above the school for some time now. Nonsense. Wicked man |

A staff of the college who wants to remain anonymous confirmed that both staff and students of the college live in constant fear, which cause incessant death in the school. Only week ago, the staff added, “one of our colleagues collapsed and died.“ The latest victim was a young teacher. His name is Mr. V. Adewunmi. He taught FINE ART amongst other subjects “He just slumped and died.” The staff said, sobbing, “This year alone,” continued the staff, “three staffers have died in the college.“ An ex – staff of the school who claimed he was sacked without any justifiable reason attributed the incessant Deaths at TRINITY INTERNATIONAL COLLEGE to fear and persecution, “Both students and staff live in constant fear,” the former staff said. “Things are a bit easier for the students as most of them can complain to their parents but there’s no help for the staff,” said another staff who also prefer to be anonymous adding that “we are supposed to be a Christian community, but the management forced us to tell lies to protect the reputation of the college.“ As the cry for help and justice rise, it has attracted the attention of the media, blogs and sites in a bit to end the cruelty and persecution of staff and students of TRINITY INTERNATIONAL COLLEGE. Bellemataffy: Stefflagos: Fuckallofyou: lovetolounge:All of these monikers and about three others that I cannot quote for lack of space, all registered on Nairaland on either 23rd or 22nd of July, when this topic hit FP. All of these monikers are all supporting the rude man and his uncouth daughter, leading me to believe, that Mr. Malu opened various monikers to defend himself and his daughter's woeful behavior or sent his stooge to create these monikers. Mr. Malu, rather than creating monikers to defend trash, spend all that time, training your sadist of a daughter, and while at it, you should also try to be a better example to her. |

ArkadianKnight:It is never fair or right for a student to punish another for whatever reason. They are all kids under the authority of the school. I don't blame you because Nigeria condone a lot of harmful and archaic practices which makes the wrong seem right. |

Stefflagos: Bellemataffy:Mr. Malaolu and Co. Your daughter need not only be expelled but also sued in court for physical and emotional assault. You are lucky that the Nigerian culture prefers civil to court settlements. Bury your head in shame for raising a monster. |

Mr Malaolu did actually take the school to court and after a fair trial he won today, the girl is innocent. Below is the judgment. The girls admitted they lied and weren’t bullied. UPDATE *OLUWADEMILADEAYO MALAOLU V TRINITY EDUCATIONAL SERVICES LTD* The matter was slated for judgement. The court granted judgement in favour of the Claimant by 1. Giving a declaration that the expulsion of the Claimant by the Defendants is wrongful, illegal and void. The court mandated the Defendants to include the name of the Claimant in the list of the school 2018/2019 SS3 graduation set and award her all her rights as a graduate including issuance of testimonial. b. Awarding the sum of N500,000 (Five Hundred Thousand Naira) as compensation for the beach of her fundamental rights. Claimant counsel addressed the court on the issue of cost. The court awarded the sum of N100,000 as cost of the action against the Defendants. |

manikspears:Where is the proof of looting, at least the kids in question have admitted they lied and the court ruled in favour of him and his daughter. Mr Malaolu actually left government because he was incited to embezzle by the governor and he refused. The girl herself was actually loved by her teachers and even students because she protected them from being bullied, a girl that used to give out her snacks to her junior’s when theirs were stolen, she was even elected a prefect based on her behaviour as she didn’t meet the other requirements. It’s sad that the one case that is brought to light is false because a lot of high school bullies need to be punished. |

manikspears:To be fair they honestly did, I followed the story since it was posted in 2019, the allegations were un imaginable, they influenced my decision to remove my children from boarding school. I only made the account to post that decision by the court because the amount of things people said about the girl is heart breaking. I spoke to some parents of the children involved as I was at the crucial point of enrolling my daughter in boarding school and trinity was a serious contender. But after speaking to parents it was clear that the real issue had died under the rumours, the only crime the girl committed is bringing her phone to school with her and punishing the children at midnight when it happened instead of with an adult at a suitable time. I still support the decision of removing my children from boarding school because this kind of issue is still a horrible one to be on either side of. Some of the students taken to court denied that they were tortured or recorded naked they said it was the school that added their own sugar and spice, after rushing to an agreement without an investigation. Growing up was rough because the seniors could do what ever they liked and no one would rescue you so I understand people blindly believing that she did it, good luck to her ever scrubbing such an accusation from her skin. But that school has a long list of wrongful expulsions people should take their children there at their own risk. |

manikspears:You need to follow the case to see how the school acted, they continuously disrespected the court, named evidence they couldn’t produce, took children writing exam to put on the stand just for them to deny any wrongdoing. The court even drew out the inconsistencies in the students statements, just for one of the students to say they didn’t think it’ll be this serious, Then they were asked to settle or provide their evidence they refused to do either, the court was always adjourned, sometimes their lawyer won’t even show up or submit important documents on time. Along with the different #10k court fees they need to pay the judgment also billed them 100k, you self check it the phone the girl took to school is a bbq10 that phone can only use to go and Twitter, and it couldn’t go online, the school said she posted it on the school website one parent came and said yes she saw it on instagram, bbq10 can not even use instagram or WhatsApp. The girls lawyer brought an email from twitter that proved the girl was actually banned from twitter for signing up when she was under 13, so how was she able to connect to the internet. |
