Who doesn't get freaked out when frying?
Fish most especially is no respecter of anyone. You better wear helmet before you start

I know some people who don't fry the head of the fish cos that is the height of it all.

But luckily, there is a way out.
You remember those times when charcoal was used in cooking more than gas or kerosene, and as a caterer that period, we consumed a lot of charcoal.

Sometimes, the charcoal we buy just keeps splashing tatatatatatata so much that you can't stay close. We just simply add salt to the fire and boom, the sea is calm no more tatatatatata

Same trick applies to your frying. Before you start frying, add salt into the pot, and you wont have to be jumping about like Michael Jackson

Easy peasy my darling sisters, don't stress.

Anyway that makes the cooking wahala easy for you, is what me i will be bringing to you.
