addyzoa doesnt work for everybody, it may even lead to lower sperm counts, best you stop it if after 5 to 7months..no improvement. stick to the fertil aid combo...ensure you buy the 3 fertil aid line and take them religiously, royal jelly ubiquinol then make smoothies for ur hubby using sperm boosting fruits like water melon, dabino/dates, tiger nuts, ginger, cucumber etc
Thank you sis. We have started our IVF journey because age is not on our side again. I prayed that my own testimony will be shared soon

I was thinking that hsg and hormonal assay test are part of the IUI treatment or is the test done separately?
Why not do the HSG and hormonal test on your own or see gynaecologist for better understand. Based on my years of experience. Since you are OK and your ovulation is regular. Please, proceed with HSG and hormonal test. Put it in prayer also.

The Almighty says, we shall be fruitful and multiply. My sister, we are all going to carry our baby this year oooo. You need to repeat your test again. You can share your report with us afterwards for further analysis or you see gynaecologist again.

My advice is that, keep checking TTC, you will learn more and don't be far from God and your gynecology

Are you sick and tired of the pain, discomfort and monumental torture of ulcer?

Have you ever rolled on the floor, holding your belly in pains in the middle of the night and feeling uncomfortable? Do you wish you could figure out how to do away with ulcer for good?

Has your ulcer resulted in any of the following conditions: Gnawing or burning pain in the abdomen, loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, bloating and weight loss?
Does the symptoms of your ulcer subside like it’s gone, only to come back in a bigger and more painful manner?
Then, let me share with you how I discovered what cured my stomach ulcer permanently

My name is Umoh Ekpo, 49 yrs of age, I was diagnosed with ulcer in the year 1996 then as a young man in Akwa Ibom State, I had ulcer before I moved to Abuja in 2002 but before then, there was nothing I didn’t try, call it western and local herbal drugs. Some of those drugs reduced the pain I was feeling but it didn’t last longer than 6 months before the pain resurfaced. When I got to Abuja, I visited different hospitals searching for permanent solution. Some doctors gave me hope while some told me ulcer does not have cure that I should manage it like that till the day I die. Only ulcer sufferers will understand the pains, sleepless nights, gnawing or burning pain in the abdomen, loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, bloating, weight loss, headaches, diarrhea or constipation, feeling sick, dizziness, rashes etc.

Sometimes it subsides, but becomes more painful later on; I was always open to suggestions from my Doctors and close friends who knew what I was passing through.

Below were natural remedies I tried

Honey
Garlic
Ripped bananas
Soaking unripe plantain
The above were the local remedy that worked for me but for a short period; I remember how I ate ripped banana that I almost turned to a monkey lol… I spent so much money purchasing different kinds of drugs online and offline because I was desperate for cure, but did any work? NO! They didn’t.

Though, some will start promising but never lasted 3 months before the pains resurfaced. During these years of my agony I learnt a lot. If you are suffering from, or just think you may have stomach ulcer then you should get to know all the facts about stomach ulcers.

This important information could save you from months of unnecessary stress and suffering, by putting you on the right track – like right now!

This disease seems nonthreatening but if it is left unchecked for an extended period of time, it can lead to bleeding in your digestive system and even death. Let me tell you how I discovered this wonder working treatment that has made me a happy man today.

It is a natural remedy that worked like wonder which made me to personally market it myself.

The downside of Laparoscopy is that they may not see everything. There might be other smaller Fibroids not detected....open surgery where every Fibroid is cleared out is the best.

From experience, a good hospital I can recommend is Lagoon hospital Ikeja... however expect to spend about 700k.

If you mean mock transfer, it's just like they are doing a pre transfer to know that there won't be any hindrance during the process of actual transfer.

It might be uncomfortable if you are not relaxed but it's definitely not painful. You know we have different pain threshold.

Do not discuss anything about your marriage with anybody. Number one key to a great/ successful marriage is when you do not take matters or issues about your marriage to a third party, not even your mother or dad, not your friend. Do not do it. Learn to resolve your issues within yourselves. If you must tell anyone about your spouse tell them only good side of them. No one is perfect. Even you have flaws.

Have you ever wondered why they say TTC journey is a lonely road? That's part of it. You are in it alone with your spouse. Solve your issues alone with your spouse with God's help of course. When they ask, tell them to keep praying for you that God will do it. Avoid anyone that want to add more pressure on you. Like those people asking ''what are you doing?'', ''what's keeping you from getting pregnant?'' etc. Just avoid them for your peace of mind.

May God do for you what no man can do. Amen

Have faith in God..with God all things are possible. All mamas please try and watch this to the end. Pray all the prayers with faith and expect a miracle. You can use it for vigil or pray any time you can.

You will be needing baby things and some of your clothes. So get ready your baby stuff and some of your dress because the GO of MFM will pray on them. You can even fast if you can.

During an IVF cycle: Apply the castor oil pack over the liver during the stimulation-medication phase, as well as after retrieval to detoxify the system after medication. Apply the castor oil pack over the uterus from retrieval to transfer. Stop packs after transfer.

Dear mummies,

The information below can help someone:

During an IVF cycle: Apply the castor oil pack over the liver during the stimulation-medication phase, as well as after retrieval to detoxify the system after medication. Apply the castor oil pack over the uterus from retrieval to transfer. Stop packs after transfer.

Each pack may be reused up to 25-30 times. One important note: Only use castor oil packs from the day after menstruation ends until ovulation when actively trying to conceive. If you are not going to actively try to conceive, Castor oil packs can be used from when menstruation ends through the rest of the cycle

Use the castor oil pack daily during the follicular stage (from the end of your period until ovulation). It isn't safe to use if you're pregnant or menstruating.

Castor oil packs are known for generations for boosting fertility, since it smoothes and soothes the uterine muscles and the accessory organs known as the ovaries and fallopian tubes, as well as improve egg health. ... Healthy lymphatic circulation is essential for both proper digestion and healthy immune function.

If you would like to try this, apply a few drops of castor oil to your hands and warm it up by rubbing the oil between the hands. Starting at the right lower quadrant of the abdomen, massage the castor oil in to the belly in a clockwise circular motion using slight pressure.

“Many women may have deficiency symptoms such as cold feet, especially at night. Soaking the feet in warm water for 10-20 minutes per day improves the circulation to the lower half of the body and warms the feet. This treatment dilates the blood vessels in the lower half of the body and increases the blood flow to the reproductive organs as well. All meridians of the body passing through the uterus go down to the feet, and soaking the feet helps improve the circulation and blood flow to this area, reduces stress, and helps encourage peaceful sleep”
