Falomo shopping complex doesn't have escalator before it was demolished, City mall Onikan was the first build in Lagos they installed escalators, and that was 2008, there is no escator in Ibadan, Abeokute, Osogbo, Akure and Ado Ekiti, you lack common sense, they installed elevator in Modotel Enugu built by Sir Alex Ekwueme built after the civil war. There are escalators in Everyday Mall Owerri, Enugu mall, there are many elevators in many buildings across southeast.

We've been furnished with a video of Ebonyi state indigenes dancing and praising Governor Dave Umahi after seeing an escalator (moving staircase) for the first time in a mall constructed by the governor.

They were overwhelmed with joy after stepping on the moving stairs which they see in movies.

Kresta Laurel, owned by former Governor of Ogun state, Otunba Gbenga Daniel, is the foremost lift/escalator producer and installation company in Nigeria and has been installing escalators all over Nigeria since you were probably still in diapers (going by your profile picture you are obviously still in highschool even). Kresta Laurel installed the escalators at CBN Osogbo branch decades back. You can go there for yourself to confirm it if you are in doubt. To you escalators are a big deal but FYI escalators have been in the SW region since the late 50s early 60s, from Kingsway stores, UAC and the likes. Ogun state has escalators and lifts littered all over it (I won't even mention Oyo state). Palm mall at Ota has them, OPIC multistorey tower building at Abeokuta has another. Olumo rock sef has a lift/escalator for tourists. You are obviously an ignorant fellow.
