Hey people, I took the ielts test yesterday but not sure I’d make 8band in the listening part. Is it advisable to quickly register for another before the result is released or do I wait. Please advice

use wes to save cost same fee regardless of what you are evaluating. Ices and ces will charge per credential ( ond and bsc).

Please wait till the result is out.. you never can tell. I think you should also take time to practise more if you’d be taking the IELTS again. No need rushing in. Siting a personal example, for my practice on LR, I keep getting between 30-36 questions correctly which is not high enough so I’m going to find some videos to watch, learn some more , then keep practicing till I start getting 38-39 answers correctly. Hope it works for me. #my2cents.

My people, I am in a quagmire right now. I have two years work experience now in my present company; however I worked for one year in my uncles company even though he paid me, it wasn't through an account but cash-in-hand (because the salary was small, 40k)
Will I be able to use my uncles company to complete my 3 years work experience especially as I was paid physical cash not through an account. Will it also be an issue for CIC because I don't have bank statement to prove this. Anyone who has had similar situation please help out. Thanks

Congrats ...
Please I need your advise. I want to evaluate my bsc by WES. BUT I see on their dashboard that I need the following:
1. Final Secondary Examination Results
2. WAEC/NECO Scratch Card or Electronic PIN Code
3. Degree certificate
4. Transcript

Its confusing to me here because it's only my bsc I want to evaluate , can you advise me on what to do here to be able to get my evaluation done?

Thank you very much

If your Bsc. is from a Nigerian University then you’d need the listed above.
1) search the threads for information on how to send WEAC/NECO scratch card and result to WES.
2) You can use HelloFax to send your Bsc. degree certificate to WES.
3) Contact your university to send your transcript to WES
4) Please spend more time on page 1.

1) No, I don't have a degree in education. Your degree of study mustn't be the same with your work NOC.
2)I submitted reference letter from the school in CIC format printed on the school's letter headed paper, bank statement showing my alawee and my NYSC discharge certificate.

Pls help with these questions;

1. My NYSC discharge certificate reads ''from November 2016 to October 2017'' but we actually reported to camp in January 2017 and resumed at the school where i served in February 2017 and finished December 2017. Do i fill the date on my NYSC certificate or the actual date(Feb. - Dec 2017) in my EE profile?

2. If the date on NYSC certificate is to be used. The bank statement shows alawee payment starting from February 2017 but not Nov.2016. How do i reconcile this?

3. The school where i served is only ready to give letter quoting the actual date which Feb.2017 to Dec 2017. How do you think i can solve this issue?

Not necessarily but it depend on your self assessment yesterday and target of 8777. Yes, I know there are other factors to be considered to increase your CRS to give the chance e.g. age, qualifications, marital status, connection in Canada etc.

If the experience is the first of your 3years, I don't really see that as an issue since only the last 6months bank statement will be required for submission to CIC.

Also, Inasmuch as you can get a reference from the company and truthfully verify you, then you should be fine.✌

30-36 is what I always get, equally why I’m expecting for the last test.
Thanks for the cents. I’d just wait.

Hello everyone,

I need your help urgently, I have searched everywhere in the thread for an answer but can't find.

Which name should be filled as employer in EE profile when using work experience obtained during NYSC to claim point, Is it NYSC since the payment/allowance is coming from NYSC or the company of primary assignment?

Your quick response will be appreciated.
your place of primary assignment, then put national youth service corps in bracket

first things first, please don't say you are in a quagmire, it won't get to that.

get your job description in the company, however make sure it falls under NOC A,O,B). get a reference letter from your uncle's company stating your designation JD, then write a letter of explanation, stating that you were paid in cash. Goodluck

Please decide if you want to book ahead with alot of preparations and determinations which is centered around constant practicing.

I wrote IELTS 6times till I got my desired 9978 and the rest is history. It's not about what I did or whatt other people advise but what YOU want.....

Best of luck.

I think you should leave out your NYSC certificate and use the letter from your PPA with bank statement.

This brought up some worries for me.
I will be the principal applicant. I've started my evaluation of which i used my hubby's name while every other educational credential i sent is in my maiden name.
What do i do:my international passport in my maiden name is expiring by 2022, should I renew it and change to hubby's name?
If I don't, while creating my EE account, should i use my maiden name as it is in my international passport? Will I give LOE for this too? If i do this, my PR will be in my maiden name, i guess.
Also, i researched and found stories here where people renewed their passport which had few months before expiring.
Please seniors and elders abeg look into my matter.
I asked these some pages behind and no response. Please, i need urgent help/suggestions for it sad cry
