Sexual harassment is the case not rape. It takes an insertion to commit a rape since women don't have the organ to insert i see no rape offense here. Twenty years is a long way to approach the sentence. The lady could just be a victim of a wrong jury. Two to five would have been ok enough for her to learn her lesson.
