Before you do this make a call or call MTN customer service to make sure you'll note the difference before and after

NB: if you tweak any other thing apart from what I posted and you don't know how to use MTK engineering mode you're on your own because am not responsible for any damage

Follow the below steps carefully

Now let's go
1. Go to phone dialer app

2. Dial *#*#3646633#*#*

3. Swipe from right to left twice

4. Click on audio

5. Select Volume

6. Select Voice

7. Looking down you'll see a value written 152
Change it to 160

8. Click SET




NOW YOUR IN-CALL VOLUME AT THE HIGHEST SLIDER WILL BE LOUD




At the end of inputting this code, nothing shows on the screen and no swipe happens.......

What am i doing wrong?......

not all phones support it in that case you need to download MTK engineering mode apk from play store

Tried that. But phone volume value is on 164 already.....

1:The phone is beautiful
2:Operation is fast
3:Those complaining about camera,ur problem.Its still okay good(I haven't done the update).I actually don't care about camera

With the way I'm looking at this battery,I might not be satisfied.

Those with faulty screen,it might not be from Umidigi but from Nipost people(Just a notice though).When I went inside to collect my phone,I saw them in a room bringing out all packaged boxes from some sack,they just scattered them on the ground like paper, immediately they saw me,they sent me out to go wait at the counter.
I'm not accusing them but just a notice.

Same thing happened to me....the screen protector I ordered for was already cracked....u just need to see the way the scattered everything on the floor ...I can't order breakable items on Ali express again

A phone being 35k doesn't mean it should come with faults na...

exactly as with A3 Pro, this devices were highly demanded, I can't deny that umidigi used horried procedures for this two particular products of theirs, if not why are other umidigi users using other devices not complaining about tiny stuffs like poor audio quality, I cannot defend the fact also that umidigi employed cheap parts for this devices to meet demand and keep their budget king" sellout in tact, I don't blame them Sha, but they can do more, cos in the long run quality will be preferred to quantity, infact having 40k sales on one device with so many flimsy complaints here and there is a bad reputation in motion,

I both the a5 pro for my uncle, and the camera toggle for changing front to back camera only turns the back camera upside down , thank God the man would not have to use the selfie cam, I've updated twice, no show , meanwhile my A3 Pro still get hitted like a cooking pot once I turn my data on (not 4g o)
