Yes it is possible for snakes to climb walls, but for this kinda snake to be breeding in that location there must be some thick forest around..

I mean, averagelly smooth vertical wall, not a rough surface inclined wall.

No they can’t, unless the wall has bumps or Smtn the snake can hang or balance it self on.
