Yes mine changed this week. I did mine on the 13th of June and it changed to, June 14th, 2019 Completed

sorry about that. She could request for gcms notes to know specific reasons why the visa was refused.

I got a message on July 26th that there has been no update in my application since I last checked.

I thought I would have gotten a message of eligibility review completed , though its my second application.

No, if you doing paper submission, it photocopy you will submit. except for documents that is addressed to them. like reference letter from your place of work, introduction letter and your bank statement has to be original.... PS. their photocopy inside VFC is too expensive, #100 per copy! Make all your photocopies before going in. I wish you well, good luck.

I and my mum are trying to apply for visitor visa
My mum has been to USA twice but I have no travel history ,I am a student at Babcock university I have no job my mum will be sponsoring my trip ..
with the sum of 2million in her account will it be able to sponsor to of us and what travel document do we need

Personal.opinion. I dont think 2m will be enoughdorboth of u. U need to indicate on d form howmuch u need for the trip and u are not expected to use d entiremoney to travel. U still need to go back to school na.

I like your faith. It's not VFS that will request for your passport. It's the Canadian Embassy that will request for it once your application is approved. So it is not a guarantee. You will only submit through vfs

Hi, I also submitted my second application 24th June( Online) after getting rejected due to" Family ties in home & canada" , got email confirmation same day & got an email notiification saying my profile was updated 25th June but nothing was changed (Ghost mail). Since then till now my eligibility review is yet to be started . it has been 33 Days since submission and nothing yet, Online for nigeria says it takes 45days so lets see if that applies (12 days to go)

Your feedback should be out any moment from now/ atleast within the 45Days application duration for Nigerians. i just wish they can start reviewing my eligibility cz i hear it could take a month.

Just came across your posts. It is possible that they linked you to your to fiancee's family in canada. However let's see how it goes.

Eligibility review not started doesn't mean your application isn't being processed. Some had eligibility review briefly before the decision.

Many thanks for your response, Though i didn't mention his name in my LOE because we are not yet legally married as advised by my visa agent but i stated that i was engaged to be married Nov, 2019 so i doubt they may have linked us. Now i wish i had actually stated his family details to increase my chances (His sister is a citizen while his Mum just got her PR 2weeks ago). It is well, will patiently wait it out and hope for the best

I submitted an online TRV application for my Mum on June 11, got letter for Biometrics on June 12 and she did her biometrics at VFS Lagos office on June 13. Her application was never updated. Biometrics never changed to received. This morning I got an update to her account and logged in to see that her application was refused because she didnot comply with teh rerequest for Biometrics. Her visa office is London.

This is a bit weired becaue she did Biometrics and got an email on June 13 VFS titled "Application accepted". Was there suppose to be another email from VFS?

Please whats the best course of action at this point? Raise a Case specific enquiry post-final decision? Write an appeal letter?
I feel my mum's application was not fairly determined, the officer either didnt check thru properly or VFS didnt submit her biometrics, which was paid for, anyways.

Pls your kind and quick responses would be appreciated.
