StaffofOrayan:Am I arguing that the poor are not deprived? Did you just realised this in 2019? Did you just realised that the elites are raping this country since 1960? Follow the subject of discuss or the origin of my comment before jumping into my comment. I do not root for ANY revolution which have a political connotation or one filled with hypocrisy. If you think AAC is the right vehicle to achieve that aim, you can join them on their so called revolution, but leave me out of it. The meek shall inherit the earth NOT the strong. |

frowland:Two of Nigeria's biggest problem are media and lack of education. I don't know where the media got the information that Nigeria and China were at the same level of development ten years ago. Well I don't blame the media since they know that an average Nigeria is not knowledgeable. Is it not absurb comparing Nigeria with China? Ten years ago China was already on his way to taking over from Japan as the world second largest economy.China finally became the second largest economy in 2010 .In addition to that, China is one of the world's oldest civilizations, and for that matter, the only surviving one. China invented many of the things we make use of today such as paper, printing, compass and gunpowder. China was the first true modern state with the world first modern civil service whose bureaucrats were recruited on the basis of imperial examinations. This happened more than 1500 years ago. Even in economic terms, Beijing, the capital city of China produces a much higher GDP than Nigeria. So,it is foolish for anybody to have remarked that Nigeria was at level of China's economic development ten years ago. Nigeria is a backward country with little prospect, based on our history, for economic development. The media houses are just fooling Nigerians because the owners of these organizations are politicians. We are historically backward which led to us not creating a successful civilizations based on inventions and the use of a written languages. We didn't document our history leading to the loss of some of the little achievements our forefathers made. Until and unless we find enough courage to address the issue of our historical backwardness, we will continue to move in cycle. |

Predstan:Where did you get the information that Nigeria was at the same level as China ten years ago in terms of economic development? I hate insulting people online, but I hate it also when people come online without adequate knowledge of what they are talking about. Nigerians are too ignorant and uneducated for my liking. Imagine ignorant and uneducated people shouting about revolution, the word whose meaning they do not understand .Ignorance is our biggest problem.. |

Demand for a Credible source of information and not conclude or resort to insults as your defence. Stupidity is when you didnt allow INEC to defend their Case before judging based on what Atiku Presented in Court. I wanted to keep Mute and not respond to what you are saying but I found out that you are just misguided and will be willing to learn. Search: real world economics review, issue no. 48 by James Angresano(College of Idaho, USA) The Original document is about 350 pages and you may not get that on the internet. Damod88:

Livefreeordieha:Let our fate guide us. Not everyone makes claims of what he is not and since he thinks he knows me better then me; well, may fate befall us accordingly. If we work on our estate and with our own money, how is that anyone's business? What keeps VGC and other private estates around Lagos going? Government money? The state of the countriy's infrastructure is a thing of pity but will you fold your hands and wait for govt amenities that will never come? Even if Buhari or Atiku work with ALL available resources from day one they cannot cover 20% infrastructure gap even in 20 years. It's obvious. So why fold your hands and wait for what will never be instead of working out your salvation one way or another? I just don't get how some here misconstrued my post to mean another thing. It's unfortunate. |

I pray nothing like this start again. Because if it starts, combined with el-zakky's issue. Nigeria go enter one chance. I pray it doesn't start from lagos. |
