Soiless agriculture is safe. There's even less nutrient loss because all nutrients are determined in advance. However it is mostly championed by Urban nations like Singapore, Isreal who don't have the luxury of land to use up for extensive farming.

But Landmark being an Agric uni must explore it. It should be very useful to a place like Lagos if they ever dream of being self sufficient in food production.
Thanks for the enlightenment

How safe is this soiless agriculture that Landmark has been pushing for some time now. I need to convince myself to be comfortable with proceeds from soiless farms.
the growing medium used is called cocopeat which is very ecofriendly and supports container farming. Thé world is subtly moving towards urban farming.

Nice initiative by Landmark uni.
By the Way, i have cocopeat available for sale. Call 08084244904 or whatsapp 08149279674

Bishop is one of the rear gems in Africa
My advice to our leaders is that they should humble themselves and go for leadership training, from this man of vision and wisdom.
American Presidents don't joke with people like this man.
UK have them has an arm of government and call them house of lords.

I'm actually seeing soil there so it's definitely wrong to call it soil-less agriculture.

When I saw the thread, I was expecting to see a hydroponic farm. That is the one that qualifies to be called "soil-less" since the plant is grown exclusively on water.

I used to be a loafer until this man truly led me to Christ and my life became redefined.

No magic, no drama, no theatrics... but the raw manifestation of the power in the Word.

I now have dominion over those issues of concern that used to torment me.

If you want to walk in that light, Canaan land is the place to be this Sunday for an Impartation Service that will see your mountains levelled and your story changed.

Be blessed as you come!

Soiless agriculture in a country with a vast arable land and good weather? Why are you people like encouraging genetically modified agricultural products? The oyinbos you are trying to copy would prefer organic products to these shyte.

That's not soil, it's some sort of spongy framework to support the root system but it's not soil

Soiless agriculture is very very safe. Where I live it is highly developed.

I like the business progressive mind of oyedepo. He is one of his kind in Nigeria.

Entrepreneurs who want to produce vegetables but are space-constrained can also use it. It's also useful in the control of soil-based pests and diseases.

I don't know the meaning of soil again. I think I can see soil in the pots. Shouldn't it be landless agriculture instead? I'm ready to be corrected.
