My brother, I have personally lived in the US, and I was held up at gun point on two occasions, shot at once, and had my apartment door flattened by an intended gun-toting assassin, mad that I'd snatched his babe. Nor mind this low self esteemed folks. From 1968 to 2011 over 1.6 million Americans have been killed through random shooting and firearms. When I lived in englewood, someone once laughed at me for keeping a S&W .22. The guy told me it’s only good for shooting cans and told me to get a double barrel for real security. I am far more comfortable in Lagos than anywhere in the US. You can all go there and see reality for yourself

I had my car break down on the street in South East Washington DC, one afternoon a few years back. I got out and opened the bonnet to fix the problem. As I was working on it, I started hearing gunshots. Guys were shooting at me through their apartment windows! I just left the car there, and ran away. I haven't set eyes on that car till today. A car that cost me over 5,000 dollars.

People don't realise how free they are in Nigeria.

In Nigeria you can start an argument with anybody on the street, or in traffic. You can cuss out their mum, and cuss out their 'entire generation'. Nothing will happen. At the most they will reply you, and cuss you out too. If it gets really bad, one party might 'break bottle' to scare the other party, and make them run.

It doesn't work that way in America.

In America, getting into an argument with someone on the street is almost directly asking to be executed. The person you're arguing with won't even say much. He may even smile at you. And then return to his house, and then emerge 5 minutes later with an AK47, and blast you to kingdom come.

Uruguay and Venezuela have just issued travel advisory warnings to their citizens planning to visit the US.

Its funny Nigerians were worried about travel advisory to US while their country men where being slaughtered in South Africa. Mind you south Africa per capita murder rate is 35 people per 100k. Where Nigeria travel advisory?
