No. Merch by Amazon is another Amazon platform where you sell your clothes design. It is different from Amazon mturk.

i have being trying to register on mturk but my application was rejected twice, i dont what am doing wrong, chose Nigeria under country. dont know if there is something i should do that am not doing. Thanks

You are not doing anything wrong. The problem is that it is hard for non-US applicants to be accepted. My application was also rejected but later it got approved some months later. The best you can do is keep hoping you get accepted. Don't waste your time with US Mturk accounts, you will be caught in no time.

Still not guaranteed and you will be asked for your social security number when filling the Tax interview form. Your best bet is to remain with your Nigerian IP and hope they overturn the rejection.
