Buhari Lied to us...He Lied to Nigeria..He campaigned for about twenty years until he came into power as Nigeria's president.

The militery guy does not have the right to leave is post to any other place, he needs a derective from a SUPERIOR OFFICER probably O.C (commander or GOC) to do so.
Looking at the intensity of what is on ground he need enforcement probably from the barrack to do a good job there.
